I think you have a pretty good chance. Depending on the school, they might only look at your last 60 hours and your GPA for that is above the minimum 3.0. Though your GRE scores are sub-par, did you do better in the Quantitative section? For chemistry, that section will have more weight as compared to the verbal section if applying for Chemistry.
Experience is a huge plus! With your GPA, amount of experience, and letters of recommendation I have a feeling you could get in to your grad schools.
Grad schools are looking for students with original experiences that will not only be able to get through the coursework, but also be able to do their own research.

If you don't get into the PhD program, it might be possible that they accept you into the Master's program and then you may do the PhD later on.

I think its yes because its cost effective
The other way around it's NO because there are few regulations in developing countries against such experiments which leads to exploitation

Eh...it depends on the disease I'd say. Some less developed countries have more rampant diseases we can't cure yet than other countries. Therefore, tests are done there in hopes to fix the problem. TB is a good example, and now we have ways to test and cure it.

This sounds like a question that you are supposed to be answering lol. Why would it be inappropriate for the firm to conduct most of it's clinical trials in a less developed country? Are they required to follow the same laws/restrictions as in the USA? If not how is that detrimental to the participants of the clinical tests? Are the drugs harmful to uneducated people who come from low socioeconomical societies? Think...

I assume you are referring to positions in managing and monitoring clinical trials, data management, etc. Medzilla.com has great information for those interested in the clinical research field. I highly recommend visiting the forums; I have learned a lot by just browsing through the posts.
