Depending on the school, they might only look at your last 60 hours and your GPA for that is above the minimum 3.0. Though your GRE scores are sub-par, did you do better in the Quantitative section? For chemistry, that section will have more weight as compared to the verbal section if applying for Chemistry. Experience is a huge plus! With your GPA, amount of experience, and letters of recommendation I have a feeling you could get in to your grad schools. Grad schools are looking for students with original experiences that will not only be able to get through the coursework, but also be able to do their own research. Some less developed countries have more rampant diseases we can't cure yet than other countries. Therefore, tests are done there in hopes to fix the problem.
