The clients 1 producer has been there for 4 years.
Requirements:
10 to 25 years professional experience.
5+ years recent high level, hands on customer facing experience with a proven track record selling and managing sophisticated clients and products.
Driven to win, ambitious, self-motivated, and highly entrepreneurial.
Likeable, gregarious, charismatic and good at relating to different types of people.
Must haves:
Highly ethical, engendering trust and confidence.
On the upswing of their career.
A methodical and consistent career history demonstrating performance, growth, and the ability to stick with something, NO job hoppers.
Excels in both business development with a high level of activity and relationship management.
Articulate and able to explain with confidence products, services and concepts in ways appropriate to the audience.
College degree.
Plusses:
MBA, CPA, JD or other professional degree, strong financial background, military experience, NASD license, competitive sports, community/social involvement, assertive but not aggressive.

So you are trying to cheat your recruiter out of any fees he or she might get for finding you a job.

sounds like the wealth management division of any major trust company or bank. i know of at least ten or so with hq in the US and there are probably another five or more that are foreign owned.
another possibility is unit sales of LPs or similar to wealthy families. could be any industry that sells such LPs — real estate, oil and gas, private placements, etc.
they want sales people.
if you aren’t already making at least 200k a year in sales, preferably to well to do clients, you haven’t a prayer of getting this job. CPA/JD/NASD licences likely strongly preferred. and anything else that promotes you as a very believable source.
