How Can I View Public Records Of Arrest?
ByMy friend was recently arrested for resisting arrest and leading police officers on a high-speed chase. No drugs or alcohol were involved, but there was a passenger. He was being pulled over for speeding but panicked and tried to make a break for it.
I am wondering two things:
What is the traditional penalty for this type of crime?
and
Since his family will not tell us where he is, how can we find out where he is being held?
He has not gone to trial yet.

In countries that allow you to see your files kept on public systems such as the UK, you can see your own files but not other peoples unless these people give you written permission.

http://www.crimcheck.com offers an extensive and free public records section, but since you have to first search by state and county and you don’t have that information, I would to just go ahead and pay for a background check. http://www.easybackgroundchecks is pretty reasonable and easy to use.
