What careers are there for biology graduates?

I have my degree in Biology already, and soon I will be a registered nurse. But i dont like this path I’ve chosen. I like the pharmaceutical side of things, would I be qualfied to work in the area of clinical trials with these qualifications?
Does anyone have any other ideas?

If I had your existing qualifications, I would continue to get a Masters as a Certified Nurse Practitioner. Then I would get myself into a university or research hospital where long term studies were being done pharmacologically on humans. That may hit the nail on the head for your interests.
