i have a choice to engage in business with insurance or pharmaceutical companies. i can choose to not be involved in any of them. what separates governments from other institutions is their use of force. i can not opt out of government collecting money from me for its services which i do not support. all government operates out of force, which is why it never works property and always spurs resentment.
